Objective
To create a high-end, immersive environment at an exhibition that effectively showcases a wide, curated range of lighting products from multiple partner brands, while maintaining a cohesive and sophisticated brand presence for the parent companies, Elstead Lighting Group and Quintiesse.
Design and Execution Breakdown
Aesthetic & Ambiance
- Description: The stand features a deep navy blue backdrop complemented by warm, ambient lighting. The floor is covered in a neutral-coloured carpet.
- Strategic Goal: Focus & Sophistication… The dark, rich backdrop ensures the displayed lighting (primarily gold, brass, and bronze fixtures) stands out, enhancing the perception of luxury and allowing visitors to properly judge the quality of the light.
Product Display
- Description: A vast selection of wall sconces, chandeliers, pendant lights, and table lamps are mounted directly onto the curved back wall and also displayed on tables.
- Strategic Goal: Maximise Product Density… By utilising the vertical space in an immersive, gallery-style setup, the stand showcases a maximum number of product SKUs in a limited area without appearing cluttered.
Structure & Flow
- Description: The stand uses a sweeping curved wall design that visually draws the visitor inward, paired with a low central counter.
- Strategic Goal: Engagement & Accessibility… The gentle curve is visually inviting and encourages visitors to move along the display. The low counter ensures staff can easily engage with visitors without a large physical barrier.
Branding
- Description: The parent brands, Elstead Lighting Group and Quintesse, are prominently featured on the front counter and a side panel. Partner brands, including ALORA, CURREY & COMPANY, EUROFASE, and ASTERIO, are clearly listed on the left-hand branding panel and near their respective products.
- Strategic Goal: Cohesive Partnership… Clearly establishes the relationship between the umbrella companies and their premium brand partners, reassuring buyers of the quality and curated nature of the collection.
Key Products Highlighted
- Description: The displayed lights range widely, featuring multi-arm glass chandeliers, contemporary metal wall lights, and rattan-style table lamps, appealing to diverse interior design aesthetics.
- Strategic Goal: Broad Appeal… Demonstrates the group’s capacity to supply lighting solutions for a wide variety of design projects, from traditional to modern styles.
Outcome
The stand successfully functions as an immersive lighting showroom within the exhibition hall. By employing a dark, gallery-like environment and a curved, inviting structure, it effectively showcases the intricate detail and beautiful light quality of its diverse product range, reinforcing the Elstead/Quintesse partnership as a premier source for high-quality decorative lighting.
