PBS (Offshore) Exhibition Stand

Objective

To establish a commanding, professional presence at a major industrial energy exhibition, reinforcing the PBS brand as a provider of “Safe, Efficient & Agile Integrated Services” within the offshore/industrial sector. The stand needed to combine high-level corporate branding with clear delineation of specialized services.

Design and Execution Breakdown

Colour & Structure

  • Description: Dominant colours are bold red and clean white, accented by dark grey flooring with a wood-grain finish. The stand is open-plan, maximizing visibility on two sides.
  • Strategic Goal: Command Attention… The high-contrast red and white is impactful and corporate. The open structure is inviting and accessible, encouraging high foot traffic from multiple directions.

Branding & Theme

  • Description: The PBS logo is prominently featured on the large, central reception counter and the main wall panels. The tagline “Powered By Synergy” reinforces the integrated services message.
  • Strategic Goal: Corporate Authority… The large-scale branding establishes PBS as a major industry player and clearly communicates its commitment to integrated solutions.

Product & Service Delineation

  • Description: Clear graphic panels are used to segment and describe the service offerings, which helps achieve Information Clarity.
  • Areas of Distinction: Visitors can quickly self-identify their needs by seeing distinct areas for:
  1. A central lounge/recessed area with a green wall backdrop and the message: “Safe, Efficient & Agile Integrated Services.” (Focus on Integrated services/core values.)
  2. A side panel listing key service lines: Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Fabric Maintenance. (With focus on Specific technical offerings.)
  3. Large video screens displaying imagery of workers in high-visibility gear, offshore or industrial settings (e.g., workers on deck, operating equipment). (Focus on Application areas and safety commitment.)

Engagement Areas

  • Description: A prominent, branded reception desk anchors the centre of the stand, flanked by two small meeting areas with white bistro tables and chairs.
  • Strategic Goal: Facilitate Interaction… Provides a clear point of contact (the desk) and immediate, comfortable spaces for sales staff to hold detailed conversations with qualified leads.

Outcome

The PBS stand successfully projects an image of stability, safety, and expertise crucial for the offshore industry. By balancing bold, clean corporate branding with clear, well-segmented information delivery and accessible meeting spaces, the stand is optimised for both quick brand recognition and in-depth business development.
